Everybody that weld aluminum around here uses a mig and spool gun. The only time tig is used is for welding beer cans [or similar thickness metal] together. Is there a reason mig can't be used on a golf cart frame? I was thinking of getting the gun and gas for my welder if I continue working on CCs.
