Default 1988 gas club car

Friends 1988 gas club car running very rich. Was running fine and then they hit a large hole and cart started running poorly. I have checked engine compression and it reads 90 psi so engine should be okay, a local mechanic had told owner that engine was worn out. Have removed carb and want to set float level but haven't been able to find any setting info. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance,
Tom

Check the vacuum signal hose that runs from the crankcase to the fuel pump (this is what powers your fuel pump), it may have gotten some oil or debris into it when they hit that bump. The fuel pump is that little thing on the side of the gas tank with the hoses coming out of it. The vacuum hose plugs into the bottom nipple of the fuel pump.

If that vacuum hose is partially clogged you'll have weak fuel delivery and it will run poorly. It's an easy check.
