Default 1990 Gas Club Car-How to check and add transmission fluid

Is there a separate fill location from fluid check location? I assume there is a bolt on the side to check the level.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes their is
Should be 2 different places to fill and 2 to drain
1 spot on upper passenger side for the transmission
1 spot lower drivers side for axle gears
Look in top of gas club car stickies for maintenance on your cart

For the upper section, pictured below: top one is the fill, lower one is the drain (access from passenger side). As Skoal said, there will be similar plugs on the lower axle (access from driver's side):
