Loud whining on start
So I have an older Club car with the Kawasaki engine. I just replaced the starter generator and it ran great but lately I noticed that it has trouble turning over. It makes loud wining sound then it eventually starts. It doesnt always do this I noticed it has to do with the position of the clutch wheel. It rotates smoothly but then it catches and thats where it starts whining etc... any suggestion
