Anybody have a repair manual for an XRT 1550?
We need to replace the CV boots. David can get us the parts, but we need to see how to disassemble the CV joints. I have a ball joint separator so I can get the CVs out, but haven't been inside a CV yet in my life. CV joints were just icky spendy things you replace with new ones....because they break. But ours are still good.
Are there only two of us out here with an XRT 1550?? Just me and lockman1 in the wambulance....  |

I don't have a 1550... the comparison pic I posted in your other thread was a fellow campers cart!
I'm just interested in anything Club Car gasser!   It all started when I saw this 1550 at my CC dealer 10 years ago...  |

Check the Youtube. Lots of vids on rebuilding CVs out there. A little much to explain in detail but once you get them apart there really isn't much to them.
