starts out fast and after 15 mins slow
2003 ezgo workhorse starts out regular at 25mph then after a short ride it wont get over 15mph and really struggles on hills
New belt and plugs, same problem, I adjusted valves, no change, Any ideas? Could it be the clutch getting hot? i also cleaned carb, it was still super clean inside, |

You could try a compression test when it's hot.you'd have to be quick but it might show you something.Or at least you could rule out engine trouble.

sounds more like the coil is breaking down on you. I have seem them do this after they get hot.
