Re: Head lights
Install is fairly easy as long as you have the right tool to do the cutting. I used a roto-zip drill and made fast clean work of the plastics for the lights. The templates they give are accurate. At first i figured i would cut less material than what the template called for and the light didnt fit so had to recut again. Be sure to tape the template down excatly the same locations on passenger and driver side so everything is even. The wiring for the rear lights is a chore to feed the harness in between the rear fenders and the bagwell tub. Gonna need a flashlight to help you fish the harness through there. All in all not a very tough install just take your time and you will be pleased with the results.

Re: Head lights
I had seen the same style lights that we have but use 5 large leds in each housing but i was worried about if there was a problem with an led id be pretty much out of luck fixing it. At least if the lights we have burn out just a 3$ h3 style bulb is all thy need.

Re: Head lights
There you go shop around and find the best deal and save a few bucks. The pod i have came from boats.net which was the cheapest anywhere online but to get free shipping the total had to be over 250$ other wise shipping would have been 25$ so i ended up buying a tachometer and a air filter to boost the total to over 250$. In return the air filter was free since i didnt have to pay the 25$ in shipping charges. You will need to get a marine antenna if you get a cd player like i went with. I bought a boss brand flexible 4ft antenae off ebay for like 6$ and just rolled it up inside the pod. Great reception on all my favorite local radio stations. Picks up better than my sierra truck lol.

Re: Head lights
Im a member on the polaris rzrforums and a vender there has the cree led light bars with the flood and spot beam patterns in one unit that he sells for a great price. Looking at a 12" or a 15" for the front bumper but he is trying to coax me into a 30" to mount to the roof supports under neath the radio pod i have. Dont know if i need that much light but its better to have more than enough than not enough.
