Bypass the governor,Also a Secondary Clutch-Spring from Plowmans can greatly improve performance,especially if its lifted with larger tires.Hope this helps.

I messed with the governor a little bit, I'm getting 15 mph out of it I don't want to over do things. I'm looking for any kind of cheap upgrade not just motor stuff. It already has lights I might put a horn on it tomorrow

Horn,radio,the options are endless,just make sure everything is grounded to the battery,not the chassis,the yamaha electronics don't like that.
