Default Loses power after driving a couple of minutes

I just bought an 05 ezgo with a eh29c motor. After driving a couple of minutes the motor loses power and will not pull. The previous owner has replaced fuel pump, all new hoses, filter, carburetor, new coil, and all new wiring. I have adjusted the valves several times. I checked the compression and seems to be good. 130 psi after four or five compression strokes. I have jacked up the rear end to see if anything is binding but all seems good. Running out of ideas. any help is appreciated.
