Default help stuck head bolt

I have a 93 marathon with the 295cc robin I loosened all the head bolts a 1/8 a turn but the last one will not back out it went about half a turn and I'm afraid of breaking it off I put creep oil on last night. What do yall think about heating a bolt up with propane torch next to an aluminum head? will it melt.
I have the repair manual it said to turn 1/8 a turn in sequence

If it turns right now, heating it will just break it.
The threads are stuck, good chance you take some aluminum out of the block with them, but the best you can do is keep working it out.
Don’t worry about turning the other bolts out at the same time. Keep the others tight to take stress off of the stuck one until you get it to turn out 2-3 turns.
Be patient, turn it 1/4 turn back and forth 2-3 times and then go do something else for 15-20 minutes to let the threads cool. If you get them too hot the bolt will expand and gall the threads in the block.
