Txt 4” rear lift question
Getting ready to do all sports 4” drop axle lift on 2013 valor. I’ve been reading about flipping backing plates. Since the cable is coming into top of brakes now, when I switch plates to other side I rotate them 180 degrees so cable attaches to the bottom? How come videos from big name companies just show them reattaching cables back to top cable bracket? Thanks for any help! On my CC lift I just zip tied cables up where they attached to the holders on frame.

Re: Txt 4” rear lift question
I think you have to flip the brakes because of a clearance problem when you pull the springs and move them to the top of the axle,
I don't why they would show a picture of reattaching to the top, why would they be unattached if that was the case? and yes on rotate them 180 degrees so cable attaches to the front. |
