Was the same way, 2-3 packs a day. Got a book called "QUIT" off of Amazon.com for $5 which help set my mind right to quit. Book took less than 2 hours to read and was the size of a cigarette pack.

So Rasta, AM or FM?

Marine antenna's have ground lead that I ran back to battery ground so thats why I used a much more expensive antenna? worked out much better but with all still have some noise on AM and slight on FM.

Good to know on Marine antenna.

Plus makes more sense when using the cart outside as well.

Some of the radio/console kits use a cheap internal antenna which could use a little help with grounding to reduce some of the EMI.
