Default No Clue where this part/spring came from?? 2014 Yamaha Drive

It could be just garbage that was either just laying in the engine or on the frame or anywhere.

I installed the governor speed spring today but haven’t touched anything else at all. Took it for a spin and came back walked in the garage and it was directly underneath where the cart was parked.

I reminds me of a pen spring. Not really any grease or corrosion on it.

Never seen a spring like this on a cart besides the stupid steering wheel clipboard springs.

Anyone have a clue if this is actually a part from the cart???? Haha thanks
