Update last post . Removed motor from cart (07 Fairplay) and found broken wire from field coil to f1 post. Going to Disassemble and try to solder or braze it .

My cart was doing the same thing . I tested the motor and found a wire broken/burnt off the f1 post inside the motor . I can tell you how to test it if you want . or if you have an alltrax controller it should be able to flash a code from the led light under it.by turning on key in N and holding pedal to floor. Yellow light should turn red and begin flashing. let me know if I can help.

I have a 2005 FairPlay 48v with the Curtis 1244 controller. I get a led code of 1 flash then 3 flash. Where should I look??
