GXT-800 Not Starting

2 stroke, has spark, roughly 90 psi on compression test, new carb, new fuel pump. I checked the reed valve, good head gasket and fuel lines.

I am getting little suction when I put my hand over the carb.

Spraying starter spray won't get it to fire over either, what am I missing?

I'm no ez-go expert, but 90 psi is very low compression.
