Cool Pictres of my other girl, 2000 Club Car DS FE290D

Well, here she is. I thought I would share some pics with you all. Had it in a fab shop. fixed a couple of frame issues, small stress cracks that were repaired correctly and then reinforced with aluminum plates and welded to existing frame, inner and outer of i-beam, on both sides on front nose of frame and she is solid as a rock.

Also installed new driven clutch with high torque spring and machined as well as new drive clutch.

Thanks man, I like her and cannot believe how easy it is to throw money into this babies :-) Nothin' better, as you would say :-) I looked through all your picks, very nice cart as well my friend. Also, you have running lights it looks like, not just full on lights. Did you add a multi-post switch or something to get that ? And red neon runners underneath. Sweet..

Can you tell that much of a difference with the torque spring? I have been thinking about doing this to mine

Absolutely, I use to start slowing down going up hills that were fairly good size and long, but now it just pulls through much better.

Driven clutch just popped off once the bolt is removed. The drive clutch is another story :-) But if you just want to do the high torque spring, the driven clutch just popped off.
