ps which would you buy Gel AGM ,flooded or Dry cell
I just bought two sets of T-875's , replacing a set of T-675's in her cart that were about 7 years old, used old ones to check out my cart. it was ok for testing, new set in there and it is running with a big improvement over old ones. Bar graph would go down just to our pond and back , about a mile or so both carts with the old batteries. Now settled volts rarely drop to 50.?? and bar did drop one bar after about five miles. your mileage may vary though.

article on Battery volts,

All Lead acid batteries (Gel, AGM, Flooded, Drycell, etc) are made up of a series of 2.2 volt cells that are bridged together in series to reach their final desired voltage. For instance, a 6 volt battery will have 3 cells (3 x2.2= 6.6 volts), a 12 volt battery will have 6 cells (6 x2.2=13.2 volts) and so on.That 2.2 volts is the fully charged, straight off the charger number. The actual resting voltage, or the voltage a battery will settle at 12-24 hours after being removed from the charger, is closer to 2.1 volts per cell, or about 6.4 volts for a 6v battery, and 12.7 volts for a 12v battery. These numbers assume 100% healthy cells, and may vary a bit lower for older batteries.

so 4 x 12.7 is 50.8 volts,

What is the part/model number? US Battery makes a lot of batteries even in the 8 volt range. This is one of their batteries US 8VGC XC2 and it has a 170 amp hour rating but they also have smaller which I'd steer clear of. They also make marine batteries in 8 volt which you should also stay away from.
