Re: 2001 club car DS 48 volt
Looking at the schematic I shouldn't need to run a positive into the junction of the white, blue, and yellow because that would come through the tow run switch.

Re: 2001 club car DS 48 volt
I installed a new controller today and restored the OBC wiring and installed a new OBC. I jacked the back of the cart off the ground and placed the fwd rev switch in fwd and depressed the pedal and it ran. Placed it in reverse and it ran. Took off the jacks no run, charged the pack up as a precaution, still no work. Jacked back off the ground again no work. The solenoid click, the voltage to the motor is there but it acts like it is locked in regen braking mode. With the pedal not depressed the rear wheels have resistance to turning.
