This makes perfect sense, now that I've seen the brakes apart. I've just never had anything with drum brakes, sorry, I'm not that young, but I'm also not that old, lol. You guys are great!

How do you adjust disc brakes. I have front and rear disc brakes and stand on them to stop

Those brakes get to the point where they just don't work, even though the pads are good. Ive removed more of those and converted back to drum brakes so that the customer has brakes that work.

Like on any other disc brake setup, I suspect your pads have glazed. Pull the pads. If they are in good condition, (proper thickness, even wear), lightly sand them with some course, (60) grit paper. Use a sanding disc to get a good swirl pattern. Clean the disc with alcohol and re-install the pads. You should be good to go.
