Default won't charge

95 48 v CC won't charge, new charger 3 months ago, cleaned Bat connections,
plug in charger and yellow light on dash blinks on and off. any help please?

Is it possible any of your batteries are bad/ too low voltage? You didn’t mention how old they are

Have AC, good, Batteries 3 years old, cart still moves on its own, so no low voltage, may have time to work on it this weekend. Just never saw the dash light go on and off with charger plugged in. It is always something Right, thanks for the tips, back in touch soon
