Tried it and it doesn't jump.

Should solenoid reading be the same on both large terminals? I read that the terminal going to the controller should be a bit lower?

Hooked up 12v reducer to lower solenoid terminal and pack negative again and now the cart doesn't jump anymore and it gets less than a 3 volt reading at the lower solenoid terminal when in forward. What the hell is going on

Not a sure thing, but where did you get the controller? it sounds like it has a failed motor brake FET, holding the brake unlocked... Check the error codes with a handset, it'll probably show the error code for that.

I bought it from someone on eBay(it's reconditioned by Flight systems something) and I had it tuned to go 30 mph+ by a 3rd party. I'm sending it back to the flight systems place under warranty to see what the issue is and then the eBay guy who I bought it from is going to unlock freedom mode and then send it back to me. Im not going to try to get it tuned again by this other person since I'm worried that might be what went wrong. We will see

Mr bob. My cart is doing the jumping and beeping just like this guys in the thread. But the motor break still unlocks allowing me to put the cart in TOW and move it as I wish. Therefore I do not think it’s the motor break. Also. Since the first time is jumped and beeped. I put it on the charger, and the next day was able to ride it for a couple days. Then yesterday, it failed with the beeping again.

Any help or advice would be Greatly appreciated!

First plug in your charger and let the batteries fully charge. Then see if it will go. If it goes after charging it sounds like your letting your batteries run down. Charge your batteries every day you use it.

Update: took a month of postal tag. The person I bought the controller from sent me a different controller and all is good. Does around 23mph now. Now I gotta figure out how to keep it from being so squirrelly at the higher speed
