Default Cart will not move

I had the company I bought it from come out to repair the USB because it wasn’t working. When they did they left the main battery cable loose which caused it to arc and short the charger. They came out again this morning and replace the charger. When they were on site he tested to see if the charger worked and did I did not check to see if the cart moved because it did the day before after I tightened the terminal and drove it home.

This evening I went out and nothing. I turn it on and it shows full charge and the lights work but it will not move into reverse neutral or forward. Do you have any thoughts? I’m going to call the company again and leave them a voicemail and see if they can look at it on Monday however I’m afraid that since Bob tweaked the controller they will say I voided the warranty which scares me because I paid almost $6000 for this cart a few weeks ago.

If any one has any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks

Did you look to see if they put it in tow?

I've had several customers have me look at their carts and find it in tow.

Like Andy said, check to see if it was left in Tow. Any battery pack related wiring work on an RXV needs to be done with it in tow mode.
