Default 05 txt/pds 1-3 beeps in diagnostic mode. Help please 🙏

I have a 05 ezgo 36v txt-pds with the f&r switch on the dash. New batteries, battery cables, solenoid and speed sensor have been replaced.

When giving throttle its slightly jerky but take off and runs fine until 3/4 throttle and motor cuts out. Cart goes into limp mode after that and will only run 5mph max.

In diagnostic mode im getting the 1 beep followed by 3 beeps. I've already replaced speed sensor to no avail. When it says magnet/torque on the diagnostic sheet what is that referring to? Anyone have any ideas on What it could be?

Also I've checked voltage when driving and batteries do not drop voltage to indicate bad battery. To me it feels like when you're driving and once you reach a certain amperage the controls goes into limp mode to protect its self. That's the best way i can describe it. Thanks for any and all help.

Also.. also..lol. I bought it not running with dead batteries so I don't know if it was doing this before batteries where replaced. It had been sitting for several years outside. I did take the controller out and opened it up to make sure it didn't have any moisture damage/ corrosion inside. Everything looked clean and dry.

The magnet disk is attached to the motor's armature shaft with a screw. If the screw get loose, the magnet disk slips instead of turning at the same RPM as the armature.

Remove the speed sensor and tighten the screw. Make sure both snap rings (item 28 ) are in place, proper spacing between the magnet disk and speed sensor is critical.
