clear auto cal fixing throttle response

I have been adjusting my throttle linearization feature inside the toolkit. After adjusting it a couple times, my throttle response went haywire. I could hold my pedal to the floor and it would slowly roll for 50 feet and then it would jump to around 50 percent for a few seconds and then jump up to 100 percent. All this very sporadically. I was monitoring it all within the toolkit and it was accurately showing what the cart was doing. SO, I let the cart charge for a couple hours and tried it again. The same thing. So, I went to the clear auto cal setting, and it seems to be running fine again. Does this seem normal? Has anyone else had this issue?
