Here's a couple more things that will help,if not now maybe later.
Att-1 control voltage paths through a PDS controller.
Att-2 jacks with Pin-1 highlighted

Ok. Ran through the troubleshooting steps in the service manual. The only unusual readings I got was:

Speed control section #13 says voltage between controller F1 and F2 should be around 2.7v. I知 getting 22v.

Same section, #32 says should be reference voltage(38.8v) I知 getting 32.8v. (Pin 1 in J4 to B-).

Same problem at #35, but...

Tests #33, 34, 36, and 37 all test at reference voltage.

Lastly, #51 (Reverse Buzzer) says disconnect green/blk wire from 10pin, jumper green/blk to battery B-. Buzzer does operate, so says replace controller.

Does all this sound right or wrong? I知 starting to think it痴 the controller which sucks.

Oh, and one more odd thing. Did ITS test, and instead of getting 1.0v at click I知 getting 14.2v, and full throttle I知 getting 13.2v not 2.7v.

1. Should be 2.7V with foot and floor and tires spinning in the air. If there is a load on the motor the voltage will be higher.

2. Bad/dirty connections, but okay as long as solenoid clicks when pedal is pushed.

3. You said you got 3 beeps when you put controller into diagnostics, so the beeper is working. Not quite sure why you are testing it.

4. Are you sure you are measuring the voltage on the correct wire? J4 Pin-4 ought to be about 15V and J4 Pin-3 ought to vary between ~1V and ~3V.

Finally got to re-test. The voltage that I posted for #1 and #4 are correct. Since they are so far off, does this help in any way to figure out what the problem is???

I'm pretty sure the controller is bad.

Best replacement for it is an Alltrax XCT48400-PDS.

Ok. Started thinking might be motor. What's an easy way to jump the motor to test it?
