99 cc dead
i have a 99 series cc 48volt , no reverse but from time to time it will move foward 20ft or so and die.. new batterys and cables batterys read 50.2 and i reset the obc still same thing any help greatly appreciated

after the cart stops movin when i push the pedal the noid will still click

thanks tahoe that seems to be my problem when i tap on the noid it will move.... again thanks for the help and knowledge

always keep in mind a clicking solenoid dosn,t mean a good solenoid.......................

i have now noticed my battery light is on and flashes i have not noticed this before could this be a problem???? i checked the batterys with a dvm 50.8 volts

is there any sequence to the flashes? as the light sometimes flashes a code.......if your at 50 volts after a full charge i would get a volt meter and check voltage of each battery and load test them as a fully charge pack should put you at approx 55 volts or so and that may be the reason the battery light is coming on................test your batts, and post #,s we can go from there..................................

You'll need to cycle the batteries a few times until they are broken in. Use the search feature on here. You'll find plenty of useful posts about battery break in period.
