Controller upgrades rarely add speed, just torque. Here is a link about this and you can see the CC speed table that Scuba posted.

This same controller recently installed in a 36v PDS Ezgo resulted in GPS speed recordings of 20 mph on the flats.

The Alltrax will make your cart feel like a rocket from the gate but after that, with 22" tires, I would think you might get 20-21mph. When I had a Code#4 and 22" tires I got 20.3mph max. After adding a Purple PQ motor I get 26+mph constant... 24+mph in the wind with the windshield down. My cart weighs 1,140 lbs.

But here's the deal... since you have installed the Alltrax already, why not get a GPS and let us know what you get for speed on a FLAT surface with STOCK tires.
