Ez-Go controller
I have a 2004 Ez-Go that runs find for about fifteen minutes or so.Then it acts like it batterys are run down,but they check off good,you press the pedal it trys to start but doesn't,let it set for a hour or so and it will go again,Is there a way to check the controller it is not getting hot,any help would be great!

This sounds like batteries which are getting old. They can VOM fine after a top charge but you may need to test them under a load.

Put a voltmeter on the pack and read the meter when you press the peddle. Does it drop way down? If yes it could be bad batteries. If no it could be a bad controller going into thermal shut down. That is a fatal error which just repeats more and more frequently.
