Sounds like the MCOR may have a faulty microswitch in it, causing the solenoid not to click every time...
But the cart still doesn't run when the solenoid does click?

If it's not your solenoid then it sounds like the MCOR micro switch works some times and not others. Just because it clicks doesn't mean it's working. That's exactly what happened to me.

Thanks for all your replies. I just did some more troubleshooting and I can hear the micro switch in the MCRO working, however the solenoid doesn't click all the time. A couple of times the car wanted to move when I first pushed down on the accelerator and when I pushed it to the floor it would stop.

s

It's the MCOR. Pull the top plug, 2 wires, from the MCOR. Put a paper clip into the 2 holes to complete the connection. Turn on your key and drive your cart making sure the plug with the paper clip is secure and doesn't touch anything. If your cart runs then it's the MCOR.

Could also be throwing HPD or out of range errors. I bet on MCOR.
