Lift kits for club car precedent
Hello to all on BGW. I have a question. I am interested in putting a long travel lift kit on my club car precedent and I want to use a 25" tire. Who would you recommend for this style kit? Thanks for looking.

Re: Lift kits for club car precedent
Jakes is the only long travel I have found. I have an Allsports 6 inch a arm lift, but I don't think 25 will fit. I have 22 and could maybe fit 23 without rubbing on turns.

Re: Lift kits for club car precedent
I have the Jakes LT on my precedent and love it ! Rides very smooth........ Now they need to come up with something to make the rear ride like the front !

Re: Lift kits for club car precedent
22 - 23" tires are all that are going to be recommended on a 6" lift. I have 23" tires on both my carts and they work fine, but 25's would definitely be an issue.

Re: Lift kits for club car precedent
25's are big tires better make sure you have a motor that can handle it.

I have a 6" A-arm Madjax and 25" tires. I had to do a little fender trimming but it works great. I trimmed then sanded the edges and you wouldn't be able to tell anything was done if you didn't know.

Problem with such large tires isn't clearence but drive train, you have to make sure the motor, controller and Diff. can handle it.
