Are you still running the factory controller? A high speed motor can give you an increase of speed AND torque if you pair it with a bigger controller.

I am still running factory controller. I had talked to Scotty B about controller but I assumed the 36v motor would be a little more economical. Plum quick also said that they can make a high torque motor that goes 20 mph but even that was about $650. I was hoping to fix the problem for less because I have dumped so much into the cart already.
