OBC bad?
I have a 2007 precedent. 1 year old Trojan batteries. My charger cuts off when it get down to 5 volts when charging. Plus my batteries are all different after charging. They are 12.77 , 12.96, 13.07 and 13.11. I guessing my obc is going bad

Re: OBC bad?
first reset the obc
Resetting the Club Car On board computer - reset the OBC To reset the OBC the following must be done in this order: If no Tow/Run Switch then skip that step • Key Switch to Off • Forward/Reverse to Neutral • Tow/Run Switch to Tow • Disconnect the Battery NEGATIVE (–) wire from the Battery Minus terminal on the battery pack. • Put the Tow/Run to Run • Forward/Reverse Switch to Reverse • Key Switch to On • Press the throttle pedal down (hold it to the floor) The reverse buzzer will sound (sometimes) and go off in about 30 seconds. Leave the cart like that for 5 min to cause the OBC to reset. After 5 min release the throttle pedal To reconnect the OBC back into the system: • Key Switch to Off • Forward/Reverse Switch to Neutral • Tow/Run switch to Tow • Reconnect the Batt – wire to the battery minus terminal on the battery pack. • Tow/Run switch to Run • Key Switch to ON then plug cart in and let it charge and turns off take readings after 12HR charger shuts off |

Re: OBC bad?
Try this. After your cart is finished charging disconnect the DC cord. Wait a few seconds and plug it back in. This should put your charger into the equalization charging stage. You should see the voltage go as high as 63 to 65 volts. Wait until the charger shuts off and check the individual voltages again. This may level the voltages out. This should be done regularly to your batteries. At least once a month. Are your batteries giving you any real problems or are you just worrying? Because what you posted sounds normal, except it should be 5 amps instead of volts.

Re: OBC bad?
We should update the reset OBC sticky. All it takes for modern (IQ and beyond I believe) is that the main negative is removed for at least ten minutes.
