Default brake drum removal tool

Does anyone have a recommendation for a no-kidding, guaranteed to fit/work, brake drum puller for a Club Car?

Well Sam and I used that successfully, but I was hoping for a tool that would take me less than 6 hours to remove a drum.

The two pins that hold the brake shoes to the backing plate. Seems I read on here a while back that cutting those pins on the back side of the backing plate would allow the drum to come off when they get stuck like that. I've never done it, but it kind of sounds like it would work.

the shoes are in the top spacer and the adjustment device at the bottom
then you have to get the springs to by pass the hub assembly
but it might work

I had read about that procedure, but since I only work on carts of friends I don't want to break something i can't fix. I didn't have those pins and I needed to get the cart back to my friend today. I think I need to go buy a couple of those pins in case I ever get myself in that position again. I would have been ok had the DS used the same set-up as the Precedent and made the star wheel accessible from the back of the plate.

One thing for sure. I am never again going to get myself in a position of having to spend more than 4 hours trying to remove a brake drum !!!!

I would think that the automotive style (no splines in the middle) hubs would make them fairly easy to remove. All the ones I've ever serviced have come off pretty easily...
