RXV tire height w/o lift

I have a 08 electric RXV here that we put 23 inch tall street tires on with little rub in the rear.

I have a customer that just bought a 08 gas and wants to do the same. I know 22x9x10 stryker will fit with no problem on a centered wheel. The question is I have 5 sets of the 22x11x10 pathfinder in stock and I need to order wheels. I would rather clear out old inventory instead of ordering new tires. Being that they are wider do i need to order the -15 offset wheels or still get the centered wheels. going to be 10x7 wheel. He is not really woried about them sticking out due to I am also ordering him a set of mudflps when they get in stock. He wants to use it for hunting this year and just now starting to modify it.

Has anybody on here expermented with tires/wheels on a RXV without spending 600 or so on a lift? I bleieve I can make a 2 inch lift here if need be, It does not seem that hard for this cart.
