Default Click sound coming from between seats.

While driving forward I hear a click not a solenoid sound, but an electric click, I’ve checked the cables on the battery, those are tight, I guess I’ll check the solenoid cables.

But doesn’t anyone have any idea? I know it’s a random shot, but it’s like when you have a light switch not correctly tight sound, or an electric plug click sound when the outlet is loose

Is this sound constant or random?

Random. Sometimes it’s a few clicks, then stops, then it might be a click and stop. Sounds like it’s from around the engine. Will try and get a video uploaded on YouTube.

Cart is driving fine, it charges fine.

If it’s the engine? Or controller do they ever click? Or do the just crap out when it’s time

Our resident expert on these "cgtech" knows more about these than just about anybody. But he must be taking the weekend off.

Without hearing this sound and knowing when it happens, my best guess is it is an axle noise.

Whatever it might be, you should add the year of the cart etc. so people can help diagnose.

There isn't a whole lot of electric stuff under the seat. Just batteries and a tow run switch.

I'm sort of at a loss here. I dont get much from the description. Can you get the cart to make the sound when not driving? (Like by pushing it)

Ok. I’ll take it for drive tomorrow and see if I can make it happen. I’ll also put it on tow mode and push the cart to see if I hear it.

Does an engine on its way out make a noise or anything along these lines?

There is no way to diagnose an unknown sound coming from an unknown area.

Well, yes & no. If the motor itself (not a single solenoid click) makes clicking noises, that's a bad sign. There are tons of possible sources, and "zoning in on one possible source" isnt a good idea either. It was just one thought.
