Mounting Radio and cup "holes"
Radio won't be here till tomorrow, but was trying to figure out how I'm going to mount it. Gonna put it where the ball holder is and have a wood grain dash cover. Should I get a single DIN adapter "radio is KENWOOD KMR330 MARINE radio, single DIN" to mount in there to slide the radio in? Have some decent wood that I can use if needed to fab something. Also where the cupholders were they took out the cupholder form so when the dash is on there and you try to put something in the cupholder "hole" it falls all the way to the bottom of the tray in there because there is no formed cupholders, just four holes and open space angled down. Gonna put some wood in there so it's flat. We'll see how that turns out.

Go to a marine catalog and they have replacement cup hole cups(tubs).
