Default 1996 g16 troubles

THIS CART RAN PRETTY GOOD BUT LACKING A LITTLE POWER AND ALSO SMOKING A LITTLE. I PUT A POWER KIT IN IT AND CHANGED VALVE GUIDES, SPRINGS, VALVES AND GROUND THE SEATS. BEFORE I DID THIS HAD A LOT OF CARBON BUILD UP ON EXHAUST VALVE AND OIL WOULD DIRTY UP REAL EASY. NOW THAT I HAVE DONE ALL OF THIS IT RUNS PRETTY WELL, BUT WHEN IT WARMS UP IT WILL NOT START AGAIN UNTIL IT COOLS COMPLETELY OFF. ANY IDEAS?????

Absulutly..use a "dynamic spark tester". You can watch the spark and after it warms up and you loose spark...bad TCI. I've seen afew and all had the same symptom...lose of spark when it gets hot and spark comes back after cool down. By the way ..Welcome!
