Type your name only in the log in area and click "log in". The next page will tell you that you have entered and invalid ID or password. There is a link to password recovery. Follow the steps and you'll be in business.
One note though, you'll need to be able to check the email address you used to register at BGW from your work location.

naw it keeps me enthused and up beat- while I am talking to mostly nice people that want to know how and what Kind of glasses I make for nationally competitive Shooters, hunter fisherman, motorcyclists, bicyclists, military and law enforcement- its cool talking to folks all over the world- so I do need some breaks and I learn so much from here- He told the other owner, he didn't care if I did handstands naked on my desk, as long As I could talk to folks- that is a picture I myself never wants to see
