Boat stores carry low pressure electric fuel pumps. Even some old Club Cars with the cast iron engine had electric pumps from the factory. Cost should be $35 at a dealer like west marine. Check ebay. lots listed there. Just stay under 10 psi. 2-4 psi will work great.

I have some pics of the work I did last week...

The new fuel pump

The new tank valve

So sense the problem was not the fuel pump and the cart still wasn't running I decided to start with some body work.

Lol looks like the p/o liked bondo

Looks like a project cart to me. Have fun and if you ever need assistance, just email me rrgolfcart@bellsouth.net May be time to invest in a portable sand blaster.

Well... we tore the engine apart and well....

This pic is not that good but lets just say the engine is ******... there is not a solid bearing in the **** thing the crankshaft had like an 8th inch of play haha you could see around the piston rings and there wasn't a good gasket or seal on the engine. So.... it could be fixed but its not worth the time or effort......BRING ON THE BIG BLOCK :D

If you want to part out the engine, just let me know. I love a challenge, and have some down time off and on to fix this engine.
