OK so we rule Batteries out.

check all connections to Motor ,
and the plug , (triangular 3 prong connector) coming out of the the motor (Regen braking).

Make sure motor connections are tight (use 2 wrenches and disconnect battery pack
(negative lead first)) . Make sure Regen connector is plugged securely and dry.

You need a solenoid drop out harness, its about 20 bucks from club car and takes 30 seconds to install.

hey FIXEROFCARTS do U have a part # for this Kit, this is the 3rd cart I have seen doing this in the past 2 years ?
