how slow is still slow, was it faster before, or is there someone with a faster one. could be speed settings, speed sensor, bad cell in one battery on and on.

its not always the black box or the butler

Really need more info to help. Stock cart? What model? Define slow. Are the brakes dragging?

FWIW mine is 15 mph on the GPS. That feels slow to me, but is what it's supposed to be.

Mine does 25 on GPS the other does 25 gps but have high speed moter. A new cart off the line does 15+- for safty. thinking most stock carts that's about normal.
