Re: 95 Series issue
Is it ok to test these with the cart jacked up or should it be on the ground driving?

Re: 95 Series issue
On the ground driving it! That is what's going to provide the load. Level ground too not downhill or anything like that. (it's ok if the cart is so weak that it won't move)Spinning the wheels in the air takes a fraction of the power that it takes to accelerate and move the weight of the whole cart and driver so you would be fooling yourself with the results of a jackstand run.

I will get those readings on Friday - thank you.
I guess you do believe it is a battery problem... Thanks for your help! |

A few posts earlier when I quoted somebody else's battery readings those batteries are just 5 or 6 months old and how good those resting voltages looked untill he attempted to take off! I don't claim to be an expert, but this is the logical thing to check first that's all Barna Last edited by 72volt_ezgo; 10-18-2011 at 08:12 AM.. Reason: spelling |

Re: 95 Series issue
No problem - I am a mechanical junkie and understand the troubleshooting you ask for. I was just thinking that the cart was running fine earlier in the day and I was wondering how to troubleshoot controller and OBC - thats all. I will get those reading asap and we'll take it from there.
