What model and year cart?

How is the battery water level?

What is the voltage after a full charge?

What is the voltage after charging and leaving it sit for a few hours?

Can you move the cart by hand pushing it....brakes dragging?

Motor could be going bad.....drawing more current than needed.

Until the voltage numbers of each battery plus the overall voltages are known, I would not trust ANY shop that told me "they are all good". One bad battery will kill the operation quality of the entire pack.

Do a full charge of the batteries and let them sit for a bit. About an hour after charging and no use, take individual battery voltage readings and then the full pack voltage reading.

FWIW: New batteries need to be fully charged prior to first use and must be properly broken in to obtain maximum storage capacity.
No matter what the battery seller says, charge them!
Remember, he's in business to sell batteries.

Sounds like it's too late to fully charge your batteries before use, but it's not too late to break them in properly.

Here's how to do it:
http://www.cartsunlimited.net/Batter...n_Methods.html

While on the site, read everything with the word "Battery" in the title.

The batteries are the heart of the system, so let's found out what yours are doing (as AzPete said) and then we'll go on from there.

At 38.07V after 24Hrs, indicates about a 95% SoC, which sounds a bit low for new batteries, but probably ought to go 36 holes without any problems.
They also appear to be well equalized, with only 0.003V between highest and lowest.

Now the question is, what is the battery voltages after 18 holes and after 36 holes?
If it is well above 50% Soc (36.3V pack and 6.05V +/- 0.1V each) the problem is elsewhere.

What size tires?
18" is stock.
