Before spending any more money we need to know the battery voltages 12hrs after a completed charge as well as under a load such as a small hill.
I do not have a run tow switch... The cart is a 2004 model

I would love for it to go about 25mph without sacrificing torque..

OK, for the record you have a 2004 TXT Series Cart. If you have not upgraded your F/R switch yet, you should. It won't gain any speed (unless it's really bad and cooking itself already) but your tall tires are pulling plenty of amps at startup, rough terrain, and hills. Get the batteries sorted out first, then decide if you wanna go faster. Perhaps a Plum Quick Motor is in your future....

Yeah I'm pretty sure it should be doing more than what it is. I know only one of my batteries is really good. I got a friend of mine with the same set-up and his runs about 23mph so I'm thinking my battery situation is holding mine back right now.

Fair enough, but you way want to get them a few months before the next season so they are broken-in and running at optimal capacity for your hunt.

hi mike. gorno and i have similar set ups like yours. mine runs about 20-21. gorno's is faster since he has a plum q. motor. (top secret design). good batts and a souped up motor will get you what you want. good luck!

Yeah, but I'm running stock diameter tires. Sounds like your system is leaving something in the stable, scottyb.
