Mine was a total pain to get out, Nivel offers the alum version, which in my opinion much better.

Here is the rear cowl, its in good shape, filty, but in good shape. The first pic shows where someone got a little aggresive with the grinder trying to remove the seat bracket. no breaks or cuts just some sratches. the second pic shows the only other damage i see. All in all its in good shape.

I did some work on my rear cowl yesterday and I think I can make it work. I would like to have the charger port out of yours though.

LOL, yes they are expensive. $70 for a new one which is crazy to me.
