Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

Shouldn't I be reading some voltage at the motor when pedal mashed?
No pedal= 33v
Pedal mashed= 0v

First off let me say I go hunting in Marianna over turkey day and its nice and quiet there...second take off the cover that the lever to switch for forward and reverse goes to and look on the back side of it where all the wires are coming off going to the motor...look for a burnt off wire or the contacts the wires are going to, if any are burnt or melted that could cause this issue...

What brings you to Marianna? Family or just hunting? No leads loose or burnt. Also all my wiring has been upgraded to 4 gauge.

Following your guide there, here is what I found.
Step 1 Solenoid clicks
Step 2 39.84 Volta after all night charge and sitting today
Step 3 same as battery pack
Step 4 voltage was 38.65 so good
Step 5 put jumper in place, actuated solenoid, red wire equal to battery pack, black wire hooked to controller 10.55 volts, unhooked 14.37 volts so is the symbol on the picture supposed to be the throttle control or what???
