Rxv question
Is there a place to grease the axles? Or anything else for that matter. There is a strange noise coming from thE front end. I am new to working on carts. I just jacked up both front and back today and tightened every bolt I could possibly see. So I know nothing is loose.

Re: Rxv question
There are no grease fittings on these carts. Probably have some worn pivot and a-arm bushings. May help to spray some wd40 on all spring and suspension bushings.

Re: Rxv question
iamrcox is on the trail. The RXVs I have seen almost all have needed the bushings. Jack up the front end, remove the wheels, unbolt the hubs at the bottom of the shocks and inspect the bushings

Re: Rxv question
Thanks for the info! The w-40 worked great...bushings looked good from what I could tell...(now I'm going to show my ignorance, im not quite sure what a bad bushing would look like.)

Re: Rxv question
It would be not round anymore. They wear into what looks like a hole the shape of a football.
wd-40 huh ? I may pull my front end apart and put in some grease.. however, that would probably gather dirt.. |
