f&R switch: Series vs. Regen (toggle type)
Based on my last fix, I feel the cable to my series f&R switch are just going to keep wearing out over time. Can a regen type switch be used as a replacement? The cart is an 02 club car DS. it is a 48V system, with a 700 amp series motor...... I don't like the way the cables swing back and forth every time you shift from forward to reverse....

Would take 2 solenoids, to do but might work, one solenoid for forward one for reverse, then use switch to activate.

You'd need to use something like the Albright SW-202 switching contactor. Send a PM to Scottyb. I believe he sells them.
