this is the link for the controller up grade. but me personally if i had to do it all over again i would have just keep the stock controller and just sent my motor to PLUM QUICK and had a Bandit motor up grade done for $225.00. And had the factory controller set to the 3rd speed setting. it had good torque and would run all day on a charge. |

Sounds pretty fair if the cart is in good shape. Maybe slightly steep since the batts are now 4 years old...

I don't know if the IQ harness is different based on the cart but I do know that KillerCC is parting out a 03 DS IQ has he has the wiring harness

Well now that I look up the serial number it looks like I have an IQ system rather than an Excel. It is called Precedent Professional Electric according to the charts posted. I'll have to look at the controller tonight and see what it looks like.
