Good thought Steve but if he's rocking the cart back and forth to get it going, wouldn't that indicate something inside the motor?
I agree resetting the OBC would be easy enough to try, no harm and one less thing to eliminate.

Rocking the cart would make a bad connection change also.

Here's a question. Is there a OBC in a 94 cart? I looked at the schematics and didn't see one.

Cart in question is 36v system and should not have an OBC. At least that is what I recall.

. . . not sure about 94, but the 95 48v has an obc . . . he has a 94 36v, which is probably a resistor cart . . . I pulled the trigger on the obc without realizing exactly which cart was being discussed . . .

I will try the one wheel thing tonight. If still locked I'm going to pull the motor. BUT, before I pull motor, can I hook 36 volts straight to motor, bypassing all controls? Jumper on 2 terminals? And 36 volt to the other 2 terminals?

My # on the nameplate is A9411 371935. Makes it a 1994 model, correct? I don't see any resistors. There's some sort of controller mounted upside down under passenger side backrest area.

Correct . . A94 is a 1994 manufactured in the 11th week . . . there should be a bank of wire coils under the seat area (resistors) . . .
